The piece is signed- T M Bayley.
It appears to be hand made and hand painted. All of the little flowers and leaves have been applied.
This little girl is holding a crown of flowers in her light blond hair. She has blue eyes. She is dressed in a pink, green and yellow dress and is wearing little pink shoes.
She is seated on the ground surrounded with a multitude of spring time flowers,.
Yellow daffodils, purple and yellow tulips, blue and pink crocus, purple violets, and other 5 petal pink and yellow flowers.
The figurine is in very good condition. No obvious breakage of the petals or leaves.
There appears to be a scratch on the underside, but it does not go through.
The figurine measures 6-3/4" wide x 7" long x 5-1/2" high.
