This is a late 1980’s porcelain rose bowl vase with applied roses of blue, pink and yellow, on a sea urchin shape.
This item is from Seymour Mann’s - “Jolie Fleurs” collection.
Manufacture- possibly in the Philippines.
No makers marks. Many of his items were unmarked.
It has a textured exterior resembling that of a sea urchin.
There are handmade, applied roses in full bloom, as well as buds and leaves encircling the 1 -3’/4” opening at the top.
It measures 8-1/3” in diameter , and is 4” high.
The flowers are all intact. No chips, cracks or crazing.
This item is in very good condition.
